Clematis 'Durandii'

This non-vining, selection of Clematis, perfect for the mid border where it will explore the stems of border companions and present among their foliage and flowers. Superb large, indigo-blue flowers with deeply textured mid-ribs along each tepal. We are growing 'Durandii' on our trellised pergola in our display garden and fully enjoy the abundant flowers all summer long. A wonderful heirloom originating in France in the 1800's.
