Our goal remains to offer great gardening plants of high quality at a price that is generally well below market, thus extending to you an exceptional value. Our customers continue to comment on the quality and size of our plants. Many of our hosta selections are well seasoned plants - with 75% of our 350+ varieties having wintered here for 4 years or more.

Plant Health

We are inspected every year by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. Their annual unannounced visits have ALWAYS produced a 'good bill of health'. They not only inspect our potted stock, but they inspect the entire property. Every inspection has included notations about how clean and well-kept our nursery is.

Our Guarantee

Our customers know that there will not be anything less but well-grown, healthy and great looking plants available for sale at Venero Gardens Nursery. Venero Gardens & Nursery guarantees all plants we offer to be healthy - free of disease and pests, and true to name. If you select your plants at our nursery, the vigor and health will be obvious. If you are ordering Hosta via mail order you can expect healthy, correctly named quality specimens - the same as what you would receive at our nursery. Should there be any problem with their condition upon receipt of delivery, notify us immediately - within 2 days, please. We will address any quality issues you may have.

We cannot be held responsible for plants beyond the above guarantee, as many variable and environmental factors come into play. We cannot be held liable for any amount greater than the price of the plant in question.
